Robin Shenfield is the co-founder and CEO of The Mill, a company widely recognized for its contribution to the most awarded advertising of the last three decades.
Life before The Mill is a distant memory but before pitching to become part of Virgin as a digital producer, Robin was a journalist and marketing professional. The Mill began in 1990 as a thirty-person start-up founded with the support of U2 and its management.
Today, The Mill is a global powerhouse with over 1,000 people across London, New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. It also has studios in Mumbai and Bangalore and its sister company, Mill Film, has recently opened studios in Montreal and Adelaide. Under Robin’s leadership, The Mill is continuing to carve out a unique niche in the rapidly changing advertising market.
