Born in Argentina, Mica Gallino is an award-winning Creative Director at Nike. Before landing at Nike, she worked at JOAN Creative, Johannes Leonardo, The & Partnership, and Ogilvy.
For the past 12 years, she’s been focusing on helping brands connect with their audiences by creating news-worthy campaigns that tap into culture and become part of it. She has created global campaigns for brands such as adidas Originals, Alexander Wang, Virgin Hotels, Versace, Keds, among others.
Her work has been internationally recognized by Cannes Lions, The One Show, CLIOs, EFFIES, Jay CHIAT, LIAs, Ojo de IberoAmérica, Lürzer’s Archive, El Diente, AdAge, Campaign. In 2017, she was named Next Creative Leader by The One Show. And, most recently she was selected as alumni of the next Cannes Lions ‘See It Be It’ program in 2020-21.
On the side, she is Ambassador of Publicitarias in the U.S. (The biggest LATAM Community of women working in advertising) A community with a great focus on elevating Latinas’ voices and empowering them for a more diverse and inclusive industry.
