As executive producer of Work Editorial LA, Marlo Baird opened the west coast office in 2015. During her tenure, Work has been named Ciclope Editorial Company of the Year in both 2018 and 2019 and Shots Editorial Company of the Year in 2020. Work’s editors continue to be recognized as top creative talent and are consistently awarded editorial accolades throughout the industry.
She is an alumnus of the University of Southern California, graduating with a BFA in Theater and dual minors in Cinematic Arts and English. Her passion for management flourished after her work as a full time Field Organizer on the 2008 Obama for America campaign. In her fifteen year career, she has produced for the industry’s top editors and visual effects artists on award winning creative campaigns for clients including Apple, Nike, Audi, AT&T, Samsung, and NFL.
