As one of the very few female Executive Creative Directors in Brazil, Laura has the unique opportunity to work with the largest and most sophisticated clients in the country.
After graduating from PUC-MG, she started her career at DM9DDB. There she was selected for Young Creatives, at the time the youngest female participant ever to represent Brazil.
After winning a global pitch, she was invited to join the DDB NY branch where she lived for 5 years working for clients such as Unilever, Budweiser, Philips and Johnson & Johnson.
Back in Brazil, as Executive Creative Director at DPZ&T São Paulo, her role is to lead one of the biggest accounts of the agency: Itaú, Tiktok, Netflix and Nestlé. Laura collects 15 Cannes Lions, including the Glass and Gold Lion, and several other international and local awards. She has been selected to judge international festivals such as Cannes Lions, One Show and D&AD and is currently on a Harvard Business School Program to senior female executives.
