Justin Brukman is an experienced leader and manager with a remarkable track record in building and scaling creative businesses, nurturing top-tier talent, and fostering innovative cultures that empower teams to deliver exceptional results. With a dynamic approach to leadership, Justin has consistently driven growth, both in terms of client success and in creating environments where creativity and collaboration thrive.

He began his career at the London office of Moving Picture Company, where he was tasked with producing content for some of the most creative agencies in the UK and their global brand clients. He quickly advances, gaining expertise in the complex technology of visual effects while adeptly managing the varying needs of creative directors, filmmakers, client-side marketing teams, and CFOs.

His success in London led to a pivotal role in launching MPC’s New York studio in 2010, where he transformed a small team of six into a powerhouse of over 200, significantly boosting revenue and forging deep client relationships across key media categories. His leadership extended across North America as he took the reins as Managing Director, driving MPC’s growth through high-profile collaborations with leading agencies and pioneering new technologies such as VR, AR, and Mixed Reality. His visionary approach also led to the creation of a bespoke content division that attracted top talent from across the creative spectrum.

Recognized for his impact, Justin was appointed to the East Chapter Board of the AICP and served as a judge at prestigious competitions such as the Cannes Lions Festival and shots Awards the Americas and sits as a member of the Emmys.

In his current role as US Managing Director and Director of Global New Business for Final Cut Group, including animation and post-production studios Significant Others and boutique sound and music production company Machine, Justin continues to push boundaries. His influence has been instrumental in positioning the group as industry leaders, steering the evolution and expansion of their capabilities. Justin’s commitment to excellence and his ability to inspire high-performing teams keep Final Cut, Significant Others, and Machine at the forefront of the creative landscape, delivering cutting-edge solutions and fostering environments where talent thrives.
