Emily Marr is the Chief Production Officer at Leo Burnett, leading production across all the agency’s clients, including Disney+Morrison’s, Skoda, McDonald’s, Kellogg’s and Google. Since joining Leo’s, she has driven the agency’s production capabilities forward, focusing on creating more diverse content across all productions; from TV, digital & social to installations and experiences.

Prior to joining Leo’s, Emily was head of development at MJZ, helping the multi award winning production company to expand into new formats and content, including building their drama and comedy slate. During her time there she was responsible for creating relationships with the likes of SkyITV, BBC and Netflix.

Prior to her time at MJZ, Emily worked as Head of TV Production at Mother, where she worked across all the agency’s clients and oversaw the day-to-day production on award winning campaigns for MoneySuperMarketBootsStella Artois, and IKEA. Emily also spent time in production roles at Grey and BBH.

She has gone full circle having started her advertising career at Leo Burnett.
