Andy Oskwarek is a music producer and consultant with more than a decade’s experience working in original composition and synchronization. During his time working in the music industry he has overseen multi-award winning campaigns for brands such as BMW, FordNike, Sony PlayStation and Netflix, and collaborated with leading creative agencies including Droga5, Wieden+Kennedy, BBH, DDB, Leo BurnettOgilvy, Jung von Matt and 72andSunny.

Andy began his career working in independent record shops where he amassed a wealth of knowledge of music, film and TV, before joining Woodwork Music as a producer and sync licensing coordinator. He worked with a diverse roster of artists, record labels (Heavenly RecordingsTrunk RecordsGlassnoteThe Leaf LabelMelodic) and composers to create and license music into global advertising campaigns, TV shows, films and trailers. He became Creative Director in 2018 and managed projects that bagged music awards at the Clio AwardsCICLOPE, LIA, Kinsale SharksAMP AwardsAICP, Shots and the Music+Sound Awards.

During his time at Woodwork, Andy met composer Philip Kay, and the pair bonded over a shared love of 80s films and electronic music. They quickly developed a unique creative relationship, working on a broad range of projects together, before founding original music house KO Music, in 2020. Andy has helped KO Music establish itself as a prominent musical voice in advertising, developing a roster of cutting edge composers, winning multiple awards including a D&AD Pencil, and producing innovative creative work for such internationally renowned brands as The New York TimesSamsung, Coca-Cola and Hennessy.
