Before founding Ogilvy Change, Rory Sutherland was a copywriter and creative director at Ogilvy for over 20 years. Now Vice Chairman of Ogilvy UK, Rory continues to be an expert on consumer behaviour and trends as well as providing insight into advertising in the age of the Internet. He is the author of two books: The Wiki Man and the best-selling Alchemy, The surprising Power of Ideas which don’t make Sense. In this interview, Rory shares his thoughts on the sustainability conversation, the pitfalls in trying to create behavioural change and the future of work.
