Dilly launched her career in London as a creative director and video commissioner for artists ranging from Tina Turner to Radiohead. She soon gained a reputation for seamlessly matching artists with directors and helping to define the visual language of music videos. As Radiohead’s longtime creative director, Dilly commissioned all visual content, from music videos to films, including the Grammy-nominated tour documentary “Meeting People Is Easy.”
As a music television producer she created the series From The Basement alongside multiple Grammy-winning producer Nigel Godrich. The show, which provided an intimate view of artists in the studio, is seen as the benchmark in music TV programming.
