After studying Experimental Psychology, Will started his career at Digital Agency of the Decade, Dare, later joined Anomaly as a start up and then came to BBH. Across this time he’s worked in nearly every category at every stage of the marketing process. In 2015 he was made Head of Strategy and Managing Partner at BBH and is re-engineering strategy at BBH for one single aim: to make more of a commercial difference for clients through incredible creativity in more places.
For the last three years he has lead the strategy on Audi, a period when the brand returned to the most desirable in the car category and sold more than it ever has in the UK. Behind this are campaigns like Cannes-winning ‘Birth’, ‘Spin’, ‘Department Store’, ‘React’ and ‘Clowns’, as well as work across the entire Audi experience, All this has helped conjure up over £300m of incremental sales.
