Trish Russell started her advertising career in 1978 as a PA in the Research Department at Leo Burnett London. A year later Research became Planning and when her boss told her she was being promoted to become a Planner, Trish ran away to the TV Department and started Producing.
16 years, one husband (Richard) and two children (Buster & Ruby) later, Trish left Leo’s and became a Freelance Producer working with DMB&B, St Lukes, Scholtz & Friends, Bates Dorland, Publicis and Leo Burnett and for 9 years juggled production with childcare when the kids were of an age when they needed her most. At the end of the nine years she did two weeks maternity cover in the TV Department of AMVBBDO and, 12 years on, she simply won’t leave.
Now a Creative Production Partner, Trish has worked on such awarded brands as Walkers (Sandwich & Lionel) Sainsburys, Guinness, BT, BlackBerry (Keep Moving), Cancer Research UK (Bad Days), DfT Road Safety (Little Girl), Mars Petcare, Dixons (Football) among others and awards spanning Cannes, Clio, Creative Circle, Fab, Montreaux, Campaign Big, and BTAA.
