Global CEO and co-founder of Pulse Films, Thomas Benski is a BAFTA and Grammy-nominated producer.

Since launching Pulse Films in 2005 with Marisa Clifford, Benski has led the company’s rapid growth into a multi-award-winning global media company and studio for the modern day. In his role as CEO, he is responsible for Pulse Films’ worldwide creative and strategic development as well as producing and overseeing all output from the company’s TV and Film divisions.

Since founding the company, Benski has produced a number of award-winning films such as the BAFTA-nominated and double Sundance Award-winning 20,000 Days on Earth with rock icon Nick Cave; Who is Dayani Cristal? starring Gael Garcia Bernal; the record-breaking documentary Katy Perry: Part of Me; and the Sundance Award-winner The Witch, set for release in 2016. He has also enjoyed great success producing television formats for a number of leading broadcasters including MTV, Channel 4 and ITV.

Benski also has a number of forthcoming projects in various stages of development, including: American Honey directed by Academy Award®-winning director Andrea Arnold which was awarded The Jury Prize at Cannes Film Festival 2016, All These Sleepless Nights, which received its world premiere in the World Cinema Documentary Competition at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival and won the Best Director in World Cinema Documentary prize. Thomas also executive produced Beyonce’s global smash HBO film “Lemonade”, which premiered on HBO.
