Patrick Milling-Smith is a film, theatre, and commercial producer and Co-Founder/CEO of the international production company SMUGGLER. Patrick has produced Tony, Emmy, and Grammy-awarded work along with two decades of festival-winning commercials, virtual reality, and music videos.

Over the last 12 months, SMUGGLER won their fourth Palme d’Or and eleventh Grand Prix at the Cannes Lions Festival in addition to being awarded Production Company of the Year accolade by CICLOPE Festival and shots Awards along with the same honour at the 2023 One ShowArt Directors Club, and Clios award shows.

Recent projects include the Broadway run of Sam Gold helmed Macbeth starring Daniel Craig and Ruth Negga; a Boston run of Broadway-bound musical Sing StreetNetflix and Apple TV commissioned limited series, Skittles: The Broadway Musical, starring Michael C. Hall; Emmy Award-winning commercials for Sandy Hook Promise and Squarespace; the internationally acclaimed and 8x Tony Award-winning musical, Once; and the stage adaptation of Robert Evan’s memoir, The Kid Stays in the Picture, which played at the Royal Court Theatre in London.

Patrick sits on the board of Punchdrunk International, the world’s leading immersive theatre company (Sleep No MoreBurnt City), and previously, with his partner Brian Carmody, was awarded the Made In New York Award by Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Patrick has served as the Jury Chairman at the Clio Awards, and in June 2022, was the President for Film Craft at the Cannes Lions Festival.
