Olga is a Founding Partner and Executive Producer at Some Films — one of the leading production companies in Lithuania.
She started her career in advertising almost two decades ago at BBDO Vilnius in the year 2000, where she proudly got her first desk, a landline phone and a position of an account assistant. While building her career in creative agencies, Olga grew her passion for film production. In 2006 she started working as a film producer and immediately became one the busiest in the industry, earning a name of a producer “for the complex jobs”. Constantly pioneering good practices as inviting international talents to work on local jobs, training new talent locally, becoming a founding member and for some years the President of the Lithuanian Advertising Producers Association, Olga strived to push the growth of the industry since it’s early days and continues to do so today.
When together with her partner she finally started her own company, Olga allowed for increasingly more creative projects, independent work, as well as providing production service for European, American and Asian clients. Today Some Films is a stronghold locally and internationally, producing commercial, experiential and independent work, winning awards such as D&AD Pencil, ADC Cube or Ciclope along the way.
