Myles’ 21 year career in advertising spans 2 continents and has seen him work at agencies like Lowe and Springer & Jacoby. The last 7 years have seen him fulfilling the role of Creative Managing Director at two of Berlin’s most creative agencies; Heimat and DDB Berlin. At the beginning of 2018 he moved to Serviceplan to start up the advertising division at Berlin’s House of Communication.
His internationally recognised digital and cross channel campaigns have garnered 30 Cannes Lions ( including 5 Gold ), 4 Webby Awards, 2 Grands Prix’s at Eurobest and ADC Germany and Grand Prix’s at One Show and AME. His creative leadership during his tenure at DDB Berlin saw the agency move up to 2nd place in the annual national German ranking and become 1st placed German Agency in Cannes 2017. Myles’s passion for creativity and technology has earned him an Executive Membership at the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences.
Myles has judged at Cannes Lions, New York Festivals, ADC and is a regular at the Webby Awards. Myles is a true hybrid creative who always maintains he is a ‘terrible Art Director’. That’s why he is thrilled to be selected to judge at Ciclope again – to learn from and be inspired by the greatest craft in the world.
