Born in Buenos Aires in the early 90s, Argentinian executive producer Manu Aguer started off producing music videos and short films. His first production house named Bamba, at which he produced his first commercial and exceptional film for MC Saatchi UK and Ballentine’s paved his way for the advertising industry. In 2015 he joined Pantera, an experimental collective of visual artists and directors taking their first steps in Buenos Aires. Since then he has been developing various enthusiastic and talented young directors within the creative identity of Pantera. In 2017, after winning a Bronze Lion in Craft for a film for Mami Wata, Manu and the rest of the crew expanded its structure into an independent and stand-alone production company called Pantera & Company.
Pantera & Company was rewarded with the Producer’s Award at the YDA (Young Directors Award) in 2018 for its achievements in guidance and developing directors as Pantera (Brian Kazez, Francisco Canton y Pato Martinez), Wacho, Axel Byrfors, to name some.
