Alan Suárez was born in Mexico and grew up between Mexico City and Los Angeles, California. He is the founder and CEO of Wabi Productinos. With offices in Mexico, USA, and Spain, Wabi was recently named best Mexican Production Company at el Ojo de Iberoamerica 2017.
Alan has collaborated with a large number of production companies and leading producers/directors around the world. He has worked extensively in advertising and film projects. He is a leading figure in the Mexican advertising world creating campaigns for mayor brands as PepsiCo, Ford, Nestle, Kellogs, Corona, BBVA, Movistar, Cadburry, Bimbo, NFL, P&G, 3M, among many.
He served as a judge in Circulo Creativo, WINA Awards, Lisbon International Advertising Festival, where he was selected president of Craft. He is the recipient of awards in the advertising industry in Cannes Lions, The London International Awards, Ojo de Iberoamerica, Fiap, Ciclope, Shots, amongst others. In film, his last produced documentary, The Man Who Saw too Much, won many awards globally including 2 Ariel’s in Mexico and his short, Juan Perros, was special guest at Cannes Film Festival 2017.
